PRIVATE COOKING CLASSES
Private Cooking Classes are tailored to you and your friends and can be combined with a dining occasion after “school” finishes. You can be hands on and join in the cooking or kick back with a drink and enjoy the demonstration.
Learn from a chef with many years of professional cooking. I will teach you tricks of the trade and share my knowledge and passion for food.
As we work through the selected dishes, I will demonstrate cooking methods and techniques used in the chef’s world. You will learn knife skills, recipe ideas, kitchen tips and most of all have fun. Sit back and relax as the fun begins.
Hands on Cooking Class creates a social and friendly environment where all participants cook as a part of a team and learn practical skills.
Cooking Demonstration Classes allow me to do all the work whilst you relax and enjoy this special occasion amongst friends.
I conduct a wide range of classes for all skill levels, from basic cookery skills to the advanced cook.
Lessons can be held in your own home or my kitchen. Small groups or one on one options are available.
Let me kick start your culinary journey.
"I love to share with people my knowledge and passion for food and how to prepare it."
Deb and I had THE most fun yesterday, working with you and learning some tricks of the trade. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves – it was an absolute treat for us both. It’s taken my cooking to a whole new level, I can tell you – something that will be difficult to live up to. Pete raved about the pork last night, and the polenta, sauteed mushrooms, garnished with the rocket and parmesan, not forgetting the crème brulees and and and. He couldn't believe how sophisticated the flavours were and is expecting great things in the coming days.
It was such a thrill to meet you, finally, and to experience your warm personality first hand.
Thanks so much for the notes and for EVERYTHING to do with yesterday. It was wonderful – you did an excellent job devising the menus, teaching us, demonstrating for us, and allowing us to be “hands on” where we couldn't do too much damage. "
